Offer in Compromise: A Legal Agreement
As one of the lines in the movie Meet Joe Black said, “there is no permanent in this world than death and taxes”, this could be sometimes pondered to be true. In order to progress, it’s not only the government’s responsibility to work hard for its country. Yes, the government is the brain but the people suffice the government with enough money to keep it running. This is through the tax payment made by the people. But some people can’t pay the exact amount of what they owe to the government so they are given an agreement by the government together with the IRS through and agreement called offer in compromise to pay the fraction that they can only pay.
