Brothers Building Muscles

My brother and I are sports-minded. I like to play tennis and badminton while he usually plays contact sports like basketball and soccer. Being health conscious, we are always keen on keeping our bodies fit and strong. One of our goals is building muscles. As athletes, we need to have strong and powerful muscles. But we don’t only lift weights for muscle growth, we also couple it with intelligent nutrition and quality rest. We definitely think these three should be present for optimal muscle growth and power not only for athletes like us but for all. This is not only for muscle growth but for health reasons as well.
