Stop, Look, and Play

If you feel like being tired, but you still have a lot of work to finish, it won’t hurt for you to take a little breather and step away from the paperwork on your desk. All it takes is 20 minutes. You can take a little walk around the block, or do some stretching to increase the blood and oxygen circulation in your body and in your brain. To increase energy, spend also some of those 20 minutes doing some deep-breathing exercises. Remember that deep breathing means your stomach and lungs should expand. Do something fun like reading a few comic strips or listen to some music, and you’ll see that you can go back to work feeling refreshed.
