Some may tell you one particular diet plan, while others may emphasize exercise over diet. One thing they would all agree on is that many of the fad diets available today at your local bookstore won’t do you much good. Not because they don’t work, as they most certainly do. At least in the short term. In the long term however, they don’t work out quite as well, as they are simply impossible to maintain. The most obvious way to lose weight is probably the best. Eat less, and exercise more.
