Can somebody help me figure out what the best colon cleanser product should I use? I have read all the advertisements, product reviews, and recommendations on the internet regarding colon cleanser products. Another thing is that all of those products are claiming that they are made from natural ingredients and that they are safe to use. So here are my concerns: First, are the advertisements, product reviews, and recommendations reliable? Second, are those product safe to use even I am taking other medications? And the third is that are they effective in treating digestive problems? I am experiencing constipation for the past few weeks and I really want my normal bowel habit back.
