They Find the Darndest Things
My kids are always digging up strange things. If there’s anything to find that they maybe shouldn’t have, they’ll certainly hone in on it and test it out. For example, who ends up hauling around a trout fishing fly when they were cleaning the basement? Well, my boys, of course. No matter how many times you tell them that they are going to stick themselves of someone else, they are just fascinated by the cool factor mixed with a little bit of danger. I try to be pretty laid back about things like that. I’m not going to cheer if they do get stuck, but it sure won’t be the end of the world.
